Brookeville Beer Farm’s Interdependence is a mosaic hopped IPA, with a hoppy grapefruit characteristic, and mild bitterness that goes well with anything that could use a kiss of citrus in a beverage.

Brookeville in Maryland, is a small town rich in history and hospitality.
“Our goal is to carry that spirit in our business as we welcome all friends of the Beer Farm to visit the brewery and hopyard, enjoy the finest beers and homemade pizzas, and socialize with neighbors in a community setting.”
“We began building our farm in Spring 2014 in the fields behind our brewhouse. It started with the creation of our first hop-yard, followed by patches of red raspberries and Shitake mushrooms. The farm continued to grow in 2015 with the addition of a second, larger hop-yard, blueberry and blackberry bushes, and honey producing bee hives.”
“Our brewery is located adjacent to our tasting room in the main building. It houses a ten barrel system with four bright tanks and eight conical fermenters. Just as our farm crops fuel our brewery, the excess brewing ingredients enhance our farmland, as we enrich our soil with compost from the spent grain output from the brewing process.”
“Our TapRoom space offers both indoor seating designed with rich wood beams and an octogonal hand crafted oak bar, as well as an outdoor open space environment adorned with picnic tables and room to relax. We are a family-friendly and dog- friendly (leashes required) establishment.”
